Tips for feeling sad...

First- Try checking Pinterest, Facebook, or Twitter. Second- If no one has pinned, posted, or tweeted (happens to me all the time) then try watching TV. Third- If everything is reruns and you promised yourself that if you were to see the episode again then you would scream, then try this... I know for me this really applies "when you feel sad, just dance." Sometimes when you can't laugh or smile, you should just try... dancing!
